What are Cheese Curds?
Instead of being pressed into a block like our aged cheese, they are weighed into bags. The fresh curds have a short shelf life. They can be kept at room temperature up to four days, or frozen for an extended period of time. Curds should be eaten at room temperature so they are “squeaky” fresh.
